Robert Reed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and Finance from DePaul University. He joined the firm in February 2005 as an intern. Robert assists with accounting technology implementations and has co-authored several accounting systems use documents. He also works with businesses to complete their monthly financial reporting requirements. Robert is currently a CPA exam candidate.

Kathleen Kustra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University. She joined NDH in December 2007 as the Office Administrator and is now a Staff Associate. Kathleen specializes in personal and business treasury services. In addition, she provides income tax preparation for both individual and business clients. She is currently pursuing an Enrolled Agent designation.

Jeff Thomas, CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. He has five years on professional tax experience and specializes in individual, partnership, and S-Corporation taxation. Specifically, Jeff deals directly with business owners and individuals to identify and implement tax saving strategies. Jeff is currently pursuing his Masters in Taxation from DePaul University.

Bryan Engel, CPA is a Manager of CFO and Accounting Tech services, with over 10 years of public and private company experience. Prior to joining NDH, he was the controller at Navigon, a leading GPS device maker. Bryan works with clients to enhance their accounting operations and financial reporting, promoting real-time analytics and decision support. Bryan holds a BS in MIS from the University of Illinois and a MS in Accountancy from DePaul University.

Joe Mizzi holds an MBA in Finance from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Management at DePaul University where he graduated with Distinction. Joe is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Candidate and passed his Level I examination in June of 2008. Prior to receiving his MBA and joining NDH, Joe was a music instructor and performer and received his Bachelor's in Music Composition from Michigan State University.

Victoria has nearly three years of experience in professional tax compliance and tax planning. Prior to joining NDH, Victoria specialized in ultra high net worth family office compliance and advisory services. She concentrates on individual, partnership, S-corporation, foundation and gift taxation. Victoria is currently pursuing her CPA.

Melissa has two years of experience in financial statement audits, compliance audits, and IT consulting. Prior to joining NDH, Melissa specialized in Sarbanes Oxley consulting and IT advisory services. Melissa is currently pursuing her CPA.
