Jonathan Schwart holds a BBA in Finance and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He joined NDH in January 2006 as an Associate. Jonathan specializes in compilation and analysis of financial statements, identifying and analyzing key metrics, and forecasting. In addition, he provides tax compliance and tax planning for individuals and businesses.

Dan Johnson, ESQ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University and a JD from Loyola University School of Law (New Orleans). Prior to joining NDH’s tax and start-up services group, Dan worked with the Office of the Ohio Public Defender. He works with both individual and corporate clients. Dan is currently pursuing his LLM at the John Marshall Law School.
